Associate Director of Development

Primary Function:As Operation Warm’s Associate Director, Development, you will have the opportunity to extend your fundraising and grant making skills into an associate management role and bring your leadership skills to a growing grants team.Responsible for the continued development and cultivation of new Foundation Partners and supporting the grants team to continue to build the program to its full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitating outreach to new potential foundations (primarily in western and southern regions) while also supporting ongoing relationship building and partnership development with current funders.
- Drafting, editing, and facilitating input from other relevant staff for foundation proposals, reports, and funder updates.
- Researching prospective foundations to build relationships with and supporting the Development Team’s overall cultivation goals.
- Support the grant writing needs of the IT, Operations & Partnerships Teams.
- Ensure that grants meet Operation Warm standards and include language that will maximize grant funding potential.
- Work with the grants team and program services to ensure that grant commitments are fulfilled, and final reports submitted.
- Develop, draft, and submit collaborative grant opportunities with regional nonprofits.
Requirements:
- BA or BS undergraduate degree
- 5+ years of developing strong grant narratives with some experience managing donor relationships
- Self-motivation and an ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in preparing materials for an executive audience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with desire to grow management and organization skills

Position Summary:
The Associate Director of Program Management is responsible for implementing the complete life cycle of a wide variety of projects, partner programs, and events to ensure planned results are achieved on time and in alignment with Operation Warm’s overall strategy. The Associate Director of PI will advance the sharing of product and program knowledge, as well as support the sustainable growth of program methodology throughout the business.
The Program Manager will lead the development of a strong beneficiary and community partner network. They serve a key role in building and sustaining community partnerships to support successful program delivery and are a primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the country.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all assigned projects to completion ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands and maintenance of overall project ownership
- Provide expert research and assistance in the development of beneficiary network in target markets
- Demonstrate experience in large scale event planning and project execution
- Proactively collaborate and coordinate with Fundraising and Marketing teams to advance overall partner relationships
- Recommend new process and tools to achieve advanced results
- Create and maintain process workflow documents to support business needs
- Address problems through risk management and contingency planning and present solutions and/or options to management
- Ensure effective implementation of solutions/changes
- Build strong relationships with schools, community agencies, and other interested partners to understand their needs and connect them to Operation Warm programs as appropriate
- Manage the Program Implementation team members, support a team culture and hold the team to a high standard of partner satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of project management and events planning and related experience
- 3-5 years of experience working in the human service field in some capacity
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will manage marketing initiatives with the aim of growing relevant audiences and increasing brand recognition through effective social media presence, content creation, and support of OW digital efforts and communications. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, as well as enthusiasm for our mission are integral to this position.
Responsibilities:
- Understand social media channel audiences to grow/manage social media presence and optimize brand voice via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant online communities
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company and industry
- Work cross functionally to develop interesting and timely blog posts that engage, inform, and steward our audiences.

Partnerships Manager

Position Summary:
This position will report to the Partnerships Management Associate Director. The Partnerships Manager’s role is to assist members of the Partnerships Management (PM) and Partner Development- New Business (PD) teams.
Support for the PM team will involve nurturing and maintaining long-term, growing, and trusting relationships with Operation Warm’s community organizations and corporate funding partners. The Partnerships Manager will also oversee a portfolio of small accounts and inbound new partner leads.
Support for the PD team focuses on identifying new partner prospects, initiating cold outreach, follow-up leading toward setting introductory meetings with PD team members. The Partnerships Manager will also research new partner prospects in designated segments to provide outreach contacts for PD team member outreach.
This position will not supervise staff.
Location
Ideally this position will be based in headquarters office in Glen Mills, PA. We will consider remote candidates in the following states: DE, GA, IL, OH, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA. If remote, must live within 90 minutes of a major US airport.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist members of the PM team as needed by configuring orders, creating order shells, creating impact reports, assist in preparing presentations, creating and monitoring Salesforce reports and making required data edits to improve data integrity.

Work with assigned accounts to renew and expand current funding level to meet and exceed individual and organizational revenue goals through account stewardship and pursuit of account growth opportunities.

Train partners to access and utilize tools on our partner portal, assist with order configuration and placement, work to eliminate receivables, and answer partner questions as needed.

Assist in creating and delivering formal and informal presentations to existing partners (both in-person and virtual).

Onboard assigned new partnership accounts.

Provide regular progress updates to the PM Associate Director and ensure account revenue forecasts are accurate each month and accounts are moving through the sales pipeline.

Working under the direction of the PD Associate Director, develop new account prospect lists, identify potential contacts, initiate cold call outreach and follow up, leading to setting introductory meetings with members of the PD team.

The Senior Partnership Manager’s role is to build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with Operation Warm’s corporate and community funding partners. The Senior Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities within a large portfolio of partners. The portfolio will likely include one very large key account and other community and corporate partners that have more complicated requirements. Additionally, new partner leads brought on by the Partner Development team will be added to their portfolio. The Senior Partnerships Manager will have additional departmental assignments as a senior leader on the team, including acting as a growth champion for one or more business segments.
