Program Implementation Manager
Reports to: Associate Director, Implementation
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Summary
The Program Implementation (PI) Manager is responsible for guiding and managing project timelines, from the initiation of project requests, through assignment, development and completion. PI managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. The PI manager is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. The position is responsible for delivering high-quality results for both internal and external partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute organizational projects and partner programs and events
- Proactively gather necessary information to plan and implement projects
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Identify and reports deadline conflicts or delays to management
- Monitor all projects and make adjustments as needed via the project management software application, Asana, to ensure that all stakeholders collaborating seamlessly
- Build and maintain effective relationships
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of project management and related experience
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Asana experience preferred.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects, and adept at prioritizing
- Up to date Covid-19 vaccinations are required
- Must be available to travel up to 75% of the time

Senior Implementation Manager
Senior Program Implementation Manager
Reports to: Associate Director, Program Implementation
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Summary
The Senior Program Implementation (PI) Manager is responsible for managing the complete life cycle of a wide variety of projects, partner programs, and events to ensure planned results are achieved on time and in alignment with Operation Warm’s overall strategy. The Sr PI manager will advance the sharing of product and program knowledge, as well as, support the sustainable growth of program methodology throughout the business.
The Sr PI manager will lead the development of a strong beneficiary and community partner network. They serve a key role in building and sustaining community partnerships to support successful program delivery and are a primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the country.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all assigned projects to completion ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands and maintenance of overall project ownership
- Provide expert research and assistance in the development of beneficiary network in target markets
- Demonstrate experience in large scale event planning and project execution
- Proactively collaborate and coordinate with Fundraising and Marketing teams to advance overall partner relationships
- Recommend new process and tools to achieve advanced results
- Create and maintain process workflow documents to support business needs
- Address problems through risk management and contingency planning and present solutions and/or options to management
- Ensure effective implementation of solutions/changes
- Build strong relationships with schools, community agencies, and other interested partners to understand their needs and connect them to Operation Warm programs as appropriate
- Indirectly manage the program implementation team members, support a team culture and hold the team to a high standard of partner satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
- 5-7 years of project management and events planning and related experience
- 5 years of experience working in the human service field in some capacity
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Influencing, mentoring and strong communication skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
- Up to date Covid-19 vaccinations are required
- Must be available to travel up to 75% of the time
