    Primary Function:
    The Account Manager’s role is to steward and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with Operation Warm’s funding partners. The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of assigned partners and expand existing relationships by identifying new business opportunities. Account portfolio will include community, non-profit, corporate and government partners.


    Job Type: Full-time

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with assigned partners to renew and expand current funding level through stewardship and identification of new business opportunities
    • Work harmoniously with all Operation Warm departments to exceed personal and organizational goals
    • Provide regular progress updates to Account Management Director and contribute to forecasting process
    • Collaborate with Operation Warm departments (Partner Development, Marketing, Program Implementation, Partner Support, Accounting) to ensure seamless program execution and drive partner growth
    • Act as knowledge point and remain abreast of all current partner and team activities
    • Create and deliver formal presentations to existing partners in small and large environments (both in-person and virtual)
    • Contribute to annual budgeting and planning efforts, and assist with donation forecasting on an ongoing/monthly basis
    • Anticipate analysis needs to ensure that data is captured in Salesforce. Maintain all relevant partner records in Salesforce.

    • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company and industry 
    • Establish editorial calendar and research, create, and assess content in line with overall marketing strategy

    Primary Function:

    Entry/Developmental position. The Jr. IT Administrator will report to the IT Director and will support the upkeep, configuration and reliable operation of systems and software, with an emphasis on Salesforce (SFDC). Strong communication skills and creativity, as well as enthusiasm for our mission are integral to this position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Update incoming and current employee status, security settings, and profiles, across systems with emphasis on SFDC
    • Serve as a resource person in areas of data management, dashboards and reporting
    • Assist with integrations between SFDC and our WMS (Warehouse Management System)
    • Assist with management of software licenses, user training, hardware tracking and support agreements
    • Perform field utilization analysis and participate in streamlined data entry processes
    • Prepare data from various internal and external sources in order to import updated data into existing databases, using data load, etc.
    • Perform routine database administration, operational support, maintenance and system configuration as defined in standard operating procedures

    Primary Function:

    We are seeking a creative problem solver with excellent project management skills to join our Supply Chain team. The Supply Chain Coordinator reports to the Director of Supply Chain and will maintain inbound and outbound logistics coordination, procurement planning, vendor compliance initiatives, and supply chain cost analysis while developing a deep understanding of the international trade market and many functions within the supply chain. Strong communication skills and creativity, as well as enthusiasm for our mission are integral to this position.

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Coordination, approval, and analysis of outbound logistics and network design
    • Booking of smartest means to transport goods within expected delivery requirements.
    • Track and coordinate delivery of import containers to third-party warehouse destinations
    • Maintain accurate inventory reports and enforce quality control measures
    • Desire to work in a hands-on role with external operators in order to identify areas of improvement, including third-party warehouses, customs brokerage, freight forwarders, and various service providers.
    • Ability to analyze data and trends to develop alternative business recommendations

    Operation Warm seeks a Fundraising Consultant to advise on the creation of an Individual Giving Program and the planning and execution of donor cultivation and stewardship activities. Individual Giving is approximately 10% of organizational revenues. As we grow the organization to expand our impact, we seek an expert with a distinguished fundraising track record to advise the organization on how to build and grow an individual giving program. This person must have a demonstrated ability to be both highly strategic and tactically effective.

    Please note: Experience working with Salesforce and Pardot is required.


    Scope Of Work:

    The following is a summary of anticipated activities and deliverables:

    • Audit Current Status
      • Audit recent campaigns and provide guidance on changes and/or additions to current appeals (mode, message, etc.) and stewardship protocols
      • Provide performance benchmarking for similar non-profit organizations
      • Characterize donor profile
      • Assess current data collection practices
         
    • Strategy for Future Growth
      • Deliver a clear, multi-year segmentation strategy for an effective, durable Individual Giving program
      • Advise the organization on best practices for managing an individual giving platform using Salesforce
      • Provide recommendations for data collection to evaluate efficacy of initiatives
      • Provide guidance on testing protocols
      • Assess feasibility on executing individual giving, major giving, legacy giving, workplace giving, recurring donor and DAF outreach

  • Skilled Volunteer: CRM & Data Volunteer

    Primary Function: 

    Salesforce is our CRM tool. Pardot is our marketing automation tool.  These systems allow us to  manage donors, partners, inventory and communication across two platforms.  Like most organizations, we have the opportunity to improve the integrity of the information and data in our system.  Volunteers will:  

    ·      Be given access to data sets from Salesforce or Pardot

    ·      Help to clean data

    ·      Submit the clean data to Operation Warm staff person
     

    Timeline:  We request that volunteers make a minimum 10 hour commitment to this project. Operation Warm will share an initial overview to Salesforce system during an introduction call. A weekly volunteer check in call will be scheduled. Project should be completed by May 31.

    Timeline:  We request that volunteers make a minimum 5 hour commitment to this project. Operation Warm will share an initial overview of our project requirements. A weekly volunteer check in call will be scheduled. Project should be completed by April 30.

    Primary Function: 

    Operation Warm is looking for a Public Policy Analytics Consultant to analyze our impact in United States Congressional Districts and state legislative districts.
     

    Deliverables for Public Policy Analytics Consultant:

    • The Public Policy Consultant will provide analysis and written recommendations identifying the districts where we have the most impact
    • Provide recommendations for outreach
       

    Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of political districts
    • Access to software for analysis
    • Comfortable with handling raw data in excel
       

    Timeline:  We request that volunteers make a minimum 5 hour commitment to this project. Operation Warm will share an initial overview of our project requirements. A weekly volunteer check in call will be scheduled. Project should be completed by May 14.
