Certified Community Impact Volunteer
Thank you for your interest in making a difference in your community! This certification is designed specifically for corporate volunteers or other non-profit leaders that have already participated in an Operation Warm gifting event.
The Community Impact Volunteer Certification is an opportunity for employees to create connections in their community, strengthen their leadership skills and volunteer with a cause that matters to them. Volunteers will advance the Operation Warm mission by supporting successful events and building bridges for future partnerships to help under-resourced children and families in your community.
Role of Community Impact Volunteer:
Community Impact Volunteers play a vital role in bringing Operation Warm's mission to life. As a Certified Community Impact Volunteer (CIV), you are capable of leading gifting events that provide brand new coats, shoes and socks or sports bras to under resourced children in your community. In addition to leading events, since you know your community, you can help identify organizations that need these resources or partners that can help meet the need.
Becoming a Certified Community Impact Volunteer with Operation Warm will benefit you, your organization, and your community!

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Eligible candidates must have participated in a gifting event for their organization
- Completion of all four 1-hour virtual training sessions
- Successfully lead gifting event for your team
