Absolutely! All donations to Operation Warm are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations through our website automatically generate a receipt that can be used as proof of your donation. The Federal Tax ID number for Operation Warm is 38-3663310.

How are employer donations matched?
When you select the box for employer matching, select your company from the drop-down menu. This information gets automatically sent to our donor matching system Amply when checkout is completed. You will receive a follow-up email with a copy of the match form which requires an e-signature to complete the match. Once the match is processed, your company will mail the check directly to us.

What if my employer wants to match but they're not on your list?
Type your employer into the field. Our donor matching system Amply will reach out to your employer to see if there is a matching policy in place. If your employer needs more information, have them reach out to Amply at https://giveamply.com/contact

Why am I being asked to cover the transaction fees?
Did you know that Operation Warm must pay software and credit card fees when you make your donation online? For every $720 donated on credit cards, we pay fees that could provide ONE ADDITIONAL GIFT TO A CHILD living in need. Please consider covering credit card transaction fees.
