Volunteer for Operation Warm

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Operation Warm! We are not accepting volunteers at this time. Please check back in August 2020.

Why Volunteer?

Operation Warm’s Coat Giving Celebrations are uplifting and joyful.  They are funded by donations from corporations who provide funding for brand new winter coats and also give their local employees the opportunity to distribute those coats.

  • Low effort, high impact
  • Help kids directly
  • Quick and easy: Volunteer one time or more. It’s up to you!

When Are Volunteer Opportunities Available?

Coat Giving Celebrations are held on weekday mornings at a local elementary school during the months of October, November and December.

What Does an Operation Warm Volunteer Do?

As a volunteer, you will help ensure that our Coat Giving Celebrations are successful by:

  • Helping Operation Warm create a meaningful experience for our funding corporation’s employees
  • Working with school administrators to create a fun-filled event that serves every child
  • Making a positive impact on the students, teachers and funding corporation’s employees.

Will I Receive Volunteer Training?

Operation Warm’s volunteer managers will provide approximately 30 Minutes of interactive online training to ensure your volunteer experience is not only fun but truly impactful.
