Operation Warm will accept Wish List applications on a rolling basis beginning April 2023. Coat and shoe donations to eligible organizations will be fulfilled throughout the year based on available funding. We are unable to provide coats and shoes to individuals, but organizations that provide services primarily to children pre-k through 5th grade in the US and Canada are encouraged to apply. Please select all products you are applying for. You only need to fill out one application between April 2023 – March 2024. Your application will remain on file for the entire season.

You agree that if you are selected to receive coats/shoes, you will complete our beneficiary agreement and understand that if you do not fulfill the requirements listed in the agreement, you may not be eligible to receive coats/shoes in the future.
You understand that you will be required to provide a valid tax ID (EIN) number for your 501c3 or school.
