Community Partners Compliance
Thank you for joining our mission to bring warmth, confidence and hope to children living in need!
By agreeing to become an Operation Warm Community Partner, you are signing up to provide brand new coats to children in your community. Operation Warm is not a coat drive, and you agree to raising funds to support the program, which include our provision of winter coats.
Organizations and groups may make donations to Operation Warm, Inc. and designate a beneficiary organization to receive coats. Beneficiary organizations must be 501(c)(3) charities, schools or faith-based organizations that serve children living in need. The beneficiary’s Federal Tax ID number may be requested by Operation Warm. Operation Warm coats may not be provided to organizations/children that do not fit the above criteria and may not be returned or resold.
Coats will ship to the beneficiary organization (note: coats may ship “care of” an intermediary who receives the coats on behalf of the beneficiary). Alternatively, Operation Warm will help you to select a local beneficiary organization.
Donations for coats may be submitted by check to the address below, donations to your online fundraising page, or by requesting a donation invoice from email@example.com. Please specify your coat program city/state in the memo area of your check.
No coats will be scheduled to ship before donations are received. Once shipments are scheduled, you will receive tracking information. Please allow up to two weeks from receipt of your donation for coats to arrive.
