Where is Operation Warm?
One of the most frequent questions that comes in to our offices is, Where is Operation Warm?
“This past year, Operation Warm has sent coats or raised funds in all 50 states,” says Matt Friedman, Operation Warm’s Manager, Grants and Database. “In Canada, Operation Warm also operates in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan.”

How Do Operation Warm Brand New Coats Get to Children?
Operation Warm couldn’t reach children from sea to shining sea without the dedicated support of our program partners, that we are able to reach children living in need across the country.
When you donate to Operation Warm, you can tell us what part of the country you would like your gift to help. We will send your gift to a local child who is waiting for a brand new coat. Of course, you can also choose to help where there is the most need.
Here’s another number: More than 115,000 coat requests were unfulfilled last year – We just didn’t have the funding to provide brand new Operation Warm coats to kids.
