Operation Warm’s “One Night Without Warmth” Video Contest a Success

Operation Warm is excited to announce the winners of our “One Night Without Warmth” video contest.  The first place winner of the contest, based on public voting, was Mark from Ohio with the video, “No Child Left Out in the Cold”.  Thomas from Alabama took second place with, “This is My Coat” and Myles from Pennsylvania won third place with, “A Warm Coat Can Warm a Heart”.

The contest entrants were encouraged to submit a video of 30 to 90 seconds highlighting Operation Warm’s national awareness event: One Night Without Warmth, which was held on February 22nd, 2012.  The video needed to highlight 1) childhood poverty in the United States and 2) Operation Warm’s efforts of providing a new, warm winter coat to children living poverty around the country.

The five finalist videos, including the winners, are available for viewing here on our website
