Introducing the Operation Warm Partner Portal

Operation Warm started in part as a Rotary service club project back in 1998 when our founder Dick Sanford needed help giving new coats to local kids in need.  Since then, Operation Warm has been able to thrive and reach millions of children in need across North America, because of the community partners who act as an extension of our mission. Their passion and dedication that has allowed us to give nearly 3 million coats to children in need.

This year, in an effort to further support our community partners, we are very excited to introduce the Operation Warm Partner Portal.

What Is the Operation Warm Partner Portal?

The Partner Portal is a one-stop website built just for Operation Warm community partners. It gives you access to everything you need to run a successful coat program.

Why Was the Partner Portal Created?

The Partner Portal was created to make running your coat program even easier and to help you provide as many brand new coats as possible in your community!

What Is Included in the Partner Portal?

The Partner Portal provides you with access to dozens of resources, from fundraising guides and templates…

…to help with sizing children for coats.

Plus, get photos and videos to download and use for your program.

We’ll continue to add to the Partner Portal library throughout the year.  You’ll also be able to order your coats directly within the Partner Portal this fall.

How do I get access?

All community partners who sign-up to manage a community coat program will receive access, including Fire Fighters and Rotarians. Once you sign-up, you’ll receive an email giving you access to the Partner Portal. It’s that simple!
