Horizon Services Helps Children in Delaware

Mark Aitken, one of the owners of Horizon, and members of his staff participated in a coat distribution at The West Center City Early Learning Center in Wilmington, DE on a cold December day. The event and other coat distributions in Delaware were made possible by Horizon’s generous gift of $ 15,000. Take a look at the video of this wonderful event.
