New Winter Coats to Greater Boston Children in Need

On Monday, September 28, Operation Warm distributed approximately 3500 NEW winter coats to children in need in the greater Boston area. A major sponsor of this initiative is the Bank of New York Mellon - Boston and FedEx (see photo). Mayor Menino was on hand to help with the distribution. Coats were distributed to qualifying agencies, among them, the Kids Clothes Club: “Many thanks for your generous donation to us.  We LOVE the newly designed coat.  Congratulations on great work. Your donation will help us go far here in the Greater Boston Area.” Faith Michaels, President, Kids Clothes Club.
