Colleges and Universities
College students adopt Operation Warm as a community service project and host fundraisers leading to a partnership with local community-based organizations and/or schools to distribute new coats.
Operation Warm’s College and University Program enables undergraduate students and organizations to work together on initiatives that bring Operation Warm into their communities. To foster this interaction, build leadership skills and teach and promote advocacy, Operation Warm will help you establish a program, organize logistics, and share fundraising ideas.
Resources – A wide variety of resources are available to help college and university groups get started working with Operation Warm.
Internships – Operation Warm also offers a variety of unpaid internships to students who live in Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware.
One Night Without Warmth – Our national awareness event is a great way for college and university groups to partner with Operation Warm.
