Terrell's dream is to play in the NFL, but he never gets to play at gym because he's always home sick. Last winter, Terrell walked six blocks to and from school every day in an Eagles hoodie. This year, he'll make it back and forth home without catching a cold.

Shelyse has twin infant baby brothers. Babies grow out of their clothes so fast, that her mother struggles to get Shelyse enough uniforms for school. Her mother used to work at her school, but now she doesn't have a job. Without Operation Warm, what would she have done this winter?
