The Midtown Educational Foundation, started in 1965, has provided thousands of Chicago's urban youth, between 8 and 18, with rigourous academic, character education and extracurricular activities. In 2010, MEF celebrated a 100% high school graduation rate and college enrollment for the 10th year in a row.
Kyle has his own foundation, which he started in Philadelphia and, after meeting with children in northern Philadelphia, he became convinced that a grassroots approach is the best way to enact change, one family, one class, one school, one neighborhood and one city at a time.
Donations can be made online or at the game on January 1st at The United Center, when The Bulls host the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Operation Warm is very excited and pleased to be working with Kyle and The Bulls.
