Last fall, Operation Warm launched its new College and University Program at The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Each student at The School was required to bring an empty plastic bottle, which is part of Operations Warm’s green initiative that will soon feature new coats that are made of recycled plastic bottles. Next year members of the sororities plan to continue their efforts and select another school in Philadelphia.
