Operation Warm specifies the requirements for its coats, and we manufacture them to meet the various size and gender requirements of the children we serve.
The coats are new and ordered in sizes that children need, so they fit well, providing warmth and comfort to the children. We do not supply used coats because of the difficulty of maintaining the quality we require and the limitations on sizes that result from collecting used coats in random sizes.
Each year we review our coat designs so that we have a range of colors and styles to offer. All of our coats are ordered by size and gender. Coat recipients receive boxes that contain the size they ordered. Additionally each box contains coats in various colors, assuring variety.
